When networked with the Descent S1 diver communication buoy and compatible dive computer paired with a Descent T2 transceiver as part of the SubWave™ sonar network, the Garmin Dive app lets topside crew view real-time information (tank pressures, current depth, battery status, last message sent and more) for each diver detected by the buoy1.
RADAR VIEW
Use the app’s radar view tracking feature with your Descent S1 diver communication buoy to see relative locations for up to 8 divers equipped with the Descent T2 transceiver and compatible dive computers. All positions are updated in real time, and diver icons on the display may be overlaid with name, depth, pressure or other relevant data1.
